The light was strong on the wild flowers behind the trees in front of my barn and the trees were in deep shadow. I removed the road and replaced it with a bigger field of flowers and distant trees and mountains. The strong light contrast was what interested me. The painting is on Wallis Museum Grade white paper and is 12 X 18 inches.
