This painting is of my favorite swamp about a half mile behind my house. I wanted to catch the very light yellow/green of the spring buds and the orang/red of the Red Maples. The painting is on Wallis Museum grade paper and is 12X18 inches; however the painting shown here has been cropped to 12X16 inches by eliminating two inches of the left side .
